Maruesu Tanaka has been established since 1948, over 75 years agoto make and supply Kamaboko(fishcake)at Ise city, Mie-prefectureunder at the base of ISE-JINGU, boasting a history of over 2000 years and centered of 125 shrine all over Japan.

Kamaboko (fishcake) is Japanese traditional food made from fresh fish paste started in Japan around 3rd century.

Kamaboko is a high-protein, low-calorie health food attracting attention to younger generation also in recent years.
